Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must first be approved by your sales contact or customer service at Abileer.
Fill in the form further down on the page. Once we have received your information, we will send you a return authorization.

Abileer applies NLS 19, the general terms for deliveries of standard-type bulk goods such as mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, screws, and nails within and between Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.

Any transport damage must be reported to the freight company that delivered the goods.

Conditions for returns:
– The item must be unused and undamaged.
– The item’s original packaging must be intact.
– The packaging must not have any labels or markings.
– Kits or bundle items must be returned complete.
– The item must be a regular stock item. Special order items cannot be returned.
– The item must not have been purchased on promotion.
– The item’s expiration date must not have passed.
– The approved return request must be included with the returned goods.
– The item must have been purchased within 20 days.

Return shipping to Abileer’s warehouse is paid by the Buyer. A return deduction of 20% of the invoiced value of the goods applies.

For product returns due to incorrect delivery by Abileer, no return deduction is applied and shipping is paid by Abileer.

Products submitted for complaint must be sent together with a complaint report approved by Abileer. Complaints may be made for goods that have defects arising from faulty design, materials, or manufacturing. Abileer’s responsibility covers only defects that appear within one year from the delivery of the goods. The buyer must notify Abileer without undue delay after the defect has been discovered.

Any product under complaint must be approved by Abileer’s sales representative, customer service, or product manager. The complained product will be replaced with new goods. If the complained item is no longer available in Abileer’s standard assortment, the Buyer will be offered a replacement product or a credit note.

Abileer’s responsibility for complained products covers only the product itself, and not any additional costs that may arise, such as installation costs, production downtime, loss of profit, or other consequential economic losses. Abileer also does not take responsibility for property damage caused by the delivered product.

We do not accept invoices for complaints.

Light bulbs and strobe tubes are considered consumables and are not covered by standard warranty terms.
